Caught a thief red handed today, police caught him after the fact, instead of arresting the fucker they just gave him an on the spot fine, so whilst I’m wasting my time giving a statement to the filth, he’s back out on the street thieving stuff to sell on to pay the fine. What fucking toss that is, can’t ban the fuck from the store as they won’t give us his name & details. Is it worth catching thieves anymore? No wonder its so fucking hard to get the local chavs dealt with if the fuzz are just fining villains to save on paperwork
